Our food parcels usually contain 4 days of food (including fresh, chilled and frozen) – sufficient to feed a household whether there is one of you or many, including pets. Essential household items (cleaning products, toilet rolls, toothpaste and shampoo) are also available.

We are happy for you to collect your parcel when we are open, or we can provide a discreet delivery service if you are unable to collect.
